Policies relevent to re-enrollment:

I understand that a $300 non-refundable supply fee per child is due on March 1, 2026, which is required for my child/children to attend during the 2026-2027 school year.


I understand that I am enrolling my child for the full 2026-2027 school year (September 2026 – August 2027).


I understand that base tuition is annual and updated tuition rates can be found at www.mays.school. Monthly payment plans are available.


I have read, understand, and agree to follow the policies found in the MAYS Parent Handbook dated September 2026.


I have previously received a tour of The Mays School and/or plan to attend the MAYS Meet-the-Teacher event in the fall.


I understand an updated medication authorization form is required and due in June 2026 for my child to attend during the 2026-2027 school year.

I understand and agree to follow the above policies regarding re-enrollment.

Policies relevent to late notice un-enrollment:

I understand that if I withdraw my child in writing, and it is received by admin prior to June 1, 2026, our financial obligation for the 2026-2027 tuition and fees will be limited to the non-refundable supply fee.


I understand that If I withdraw my child in writing, and it is received by admin between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026, I will be obligated to pay an additional fee covering the first six weeks of the base tuition for each student previously enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year.

I understand that I am forfeiting my child’s enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year and that prorated tuition statements will be issued with proper notice.


I understand that if I change my mind, I will have to reapply for my child to attend The Mays School and pay the re-enrollment fee and supply fee with my application.
