I have received and read a copy of The Mays School’s Parent Handbook dated September 2025. Please note that new tuition rates are announced every February for the upcoming school year.*

I understand that, if my requested start date is approved, I have 14 days to accept or decline before my space is forfeit.*

I understand that the non-refundable application fee of $50 is due to submit this application. Once my child has been assigned a start date, the $500 registration fee is due along with any required supply fees.*

I understand that, along with this application, the following is required to complete the application process for all transferring Pre-K 4 through 5th grade students:

--Teacher recommendation letters (automatically requested from the schools listed above)

--The most recent report card (email to info@mays.school)

--Student interviews (scheduled after your application is reviewed) *

I understand that this is an application, not guaranteed acceptance. Enrollment applicants will automatically be placed on a waiting list until a space becomes available.*
