Enrollment Application

Application

Click this link to fill out an enrollment application for each child you wish to enroll. A payment information form for the $50 application fee is included on page 2 of the application.

Payment

The $50 application fee will be charged using the payment info you have provided within 30 days. Once this fee is processed, your child or children are officially on our waiting list.

Receipt

A receipt for the waiting list fee will be sent to the email addresses you have provided.

Acceptance

Once a position in your child's age range opens, you will be sent an acceptance letter offering your family the space. Follow the instructions in the letter to secure the space.

Enrollment Procedure

1. Tour our campus by scheduling a tour on our website or by contacting our office.

2. Complete an enrollment application and submit the $50 application fee. For students entering Pre-K 4 through upper elementary, a student interview will be scheduled after the application is processed. Students are expected to spend one to two hours in our classrooms and playground without their parent/guardian. Parents are welcome to wait in the front office or leave campus for the interview.

 

3. We will call, email, or text with acceptance information.

 

4. You will have 10 business days to accept or decline the offered space. At that time, parents must pay the non-refundable registration fee & supply fee to hold the space for their child.

 

We accept enrollment applications year-round.

 

If the student is transferring from another school, we also require upon application:​

  • A letter of recommendation from the child’s current teacher and/or Director (Pre-K 4 through 5th grade)

  • A copy of the child’s most recent progress report and/or full transcript

  • Any special education referral letters, IEP, or accommodations

 

Enrollment applicants will automatically be placed on a waiting list until a space becomes available.

2025-2026 School Year Enrollment Timeline

Current Enrollment (Infants through 2nd Grade)

Currently enrolled students and their siblings have priority enrollment.

 

February 3rd, 2025: Re-registration forms are emailed to current families along with our 2025-2026 handbook.

March 3rd, 2025: All required paperwork, along with the annual $300 supply fee, is due for every student or sibling returning for the 2025-2026 school year. Please note that if paperwork is not completed by this date, enrollment is not guaranteed for fall 2025.

 

New Enrollment (Infants through 2nd Grade)

February 17th, 2025: Round one acceptance letters are emailed to families with current enrollment applications.

March 3rd, 2025: Acceptance is due for round one. Paperwork, the registration fee, and the annual supply fee are due upon acceptance.

March 5th, 2025: Round two acceptance letters are emailed to families with current enrollment applications.

April 4th, 2025: Acceptance is due for round two. Paperwork, the registration fee, and the annual supply fee are due upon acceptance.
