Reptar

After a quick trip to the veterinarian, our trusty uromastyx lizard is back and healthy. Reptar has enjoyed a cage update, in which his bed substrate is now sand. The sand replicates his native desert habitat, and makes Reptar a more lively, happy pet.

Did you know: the warm light that Reptar sleeps under actually helps him absorb calcium from his diet?
